This pack adjusts for comfort, it's lightwieght and great for day hikes. I really like the extra pockets to put keys, phone, etc.

I got myself one of these because I needed a new waist pack and then my wife kept using it so I had to go and order her the pink one! we loves them and use them all the time when we go on our hikes and walks!
